Yes! We also treat out of The Den in Denver if you live further north. The Denver location can be booked online, and is available twice a month starting December 2023.

We are primarily an out of network facility. Meaning all pricing will be paid at the time of your treatment session, but we are happy to provide a superbill. This is a fancy term for a detailed receipt that can be submitted to your insurance for personal reimbursement. The insurances we are currently in network with are Medicare & Medicaid. Please call 720.463.4752 or email info@sparqpt.com before booking your appointment, so we can verify your benefits prior to evaluation.

Payment options include credit card, check, cash, HSA/FSA, or Venmo. Sparq Physical Therapy is only in-network with Medicare & Medicaid. Since we are not in-network with any other commercial insurances, we can provide a superbill to be submitted to your insurance for personal reimbursement.

In Colorado, physical therapists are direct access providers. Meaning this is not necessary for our cash pay or out-of-network patients. However, it is necessary for Medicare or Medicaid insurance coverage.
